Awww, man! I want to realise my dreams in 2025. Did you just recycle last year's article and forget to update?

Seriously, this ties in well with my own plans. I want to publish a short story each week - along with tonnes of other stuff - and really get back to my plans before you drew me into your web.

This is an amazing podcast well worth every second. I'm planning on finishing up my first book proposal by the end of January and heading out into the world of finding a book agent. This podcast has only deepened my passion to continue my book publishing journey.

It has also sparked my interest in continuing my Substack Newsletter journey and building it out - 40 subscribers and counting:). I'm new to Substack and Dr Yildiz's book(s) on navigating Substack has been extremely helpful.

He is a truly inspring individual and the synergy with which he has found a way of living out and helping others to live out as well is heart warming. Not to mention he's just a nice guy right!

Great podcast and synthesis of his work by the way. You two did a great job. I'll be back for sure!

Wow! What an incredible podcast. There's so much to learn even for new writers like me. Insights like:

√ Start your day with a short, Intense meditation to banish anxious thoughts.

√ Maintain consistency with short bursts of writing, like 30 minutes.

√ Focus on one task or project at a time.It prevents overwhelm and increases productivity.

√ Maintain the essential self-care habits such as: exercise, meditation, walks, or cold shower.
